You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• Don't misuse the platform, impersonate others, or attempt to access data you're not authorized to.
• Don't upload unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content.
• Don't submit fraudulent check-ins or otherwise manipulate the passport system.
• Don't scrape, republish, or resell platform data without written permission.

Museum Passport aggregates information about cultural institutions from public sources. Verified museums may claim their profile to manage content directly. Claimed information is the responsibility of the managing institution.

Content you submit (reviews, photos, lists, messages) remains yours. By posting, you grant Museum Passport a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform in connection with the associated museum or your account.

Passport stamps are a keepsake of your visits. They have no cash value and are non-transferable. We may adjust or reset stamps in response to fraud or errors.

Museum profiles may link to third-party sites for tickets, membership, and donations. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or transactions.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Museum Passport and Plugdin Art are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
